Zonheuvel takes part in the environmental program Op Kop in the Province of Utrecht. Here we have an official letter of intent to make our business climate and significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

CO2 emissions

In terms of CO2 emissions carry a two-track policy. Our CO2 emissions we try to reduce this by raising awareness and concrete action. Reducing emissions is an ongoing process. The remaining CO2 emissions we compensate entirely through the Climate Neutral Group, so we have a climate neutral location.

Concrete measures

For some time we are working to reduce environmental impact of our company.

Separate waste collection, environmentally friendly cleaning products, FSC paper, energy saving lamps and LED lights, UTZ certified coffee, organic dairy products, energy and water saving measures, a heat exchange system .... and more. For us, sustainability is just to DO!

From Driebergen-Zeist railway station you can reach us with a shuttle service on biogas. In the renovation of the rooms is the sustainability principle.

   Landgoed Zonheuvel uses as a guide for meeting the principles of sustainable CSR Netherlands.

Corporate social responsibility means in addition to the quest for profits also consider the impact of activities on the environment and an eye for the human aspects within and outside the company. It's about a balance between people, planet and profit.
