Vineyard description
This Vineyard was constructed on a beautiful rocky slope in spring 2006 on the territory of 1.35 ha (2000 cabernet blanc, 1000 rain sticks, 1000 sticks of Cabernet colonjes). On August 16th we bottled our first harvest, the 2007 Cuvée Bosrand.
The grapes for this wine are carefully cultivates and hand selected from the Regent and the Cabernet-colonjes types.
Then the wine is placed for few months to become mature and get its unique taste. As a result, we have a wonderful taste of dry wine to enjoy with red meat or cheese board, sitting cozy by the fireplace. Our wine contains a minimum of sulfites.
The white wine is the Cabernet Blanc [formerly Theo's White] has also an excellent quality. You can enjoy it delicious taste with asparagus by sitting on a summer terrace!
White wine is always refreshing with a full taste of green apples...
